Who designs your clothing and jewelry?
We carry many different independent designers who fit our style and values. Founder and Designer, Christy Spreng, started Glamour and Glow as a small jewelry boutique selling her handmade jewelry. We are now a full women's boutique featuring clothing, jewelry, and accessories sourced from all over the world to bring uniqueness to your life and to make you feel exclusive.

Do you have a brick and mortar store?
Yes! As well as our online boutique, we have a brick and mortar store located in The Arnot Mall in Horseheads, New York. Come see us, we love visitors!

Do you carry petite, tall, or plus sizes?
We do our best to accommodate all body types at Glamour and Glow! When we find a great designer that offers specialty sizing we love to stock them! However, we specialize our clothing in contemporary sizing.

Are Glamour and Glow's designs made in the USA?
Our mission is to bring you unique designs that make you feel good and for us to feel good about where they came from. Although we source from all over the world, many designs are handmade by the actual designer, we offer an extensive selection of items made right here in the USA. Look for "Made in the USA" at the bottom of each item description page

I had my eye on an item and now it's gone
We stock very limited quantity to make it special for each customer. (No one likes to see themselves coming and going all over). Due to this, we may sell out of a certain style quickly. We stock new items almost everyday, so there will always be something new and exciting arriving!

What are your shipping methods and rates?
Shipping rates are calculated in UPS Real Time based on weight and dollar amount of the order before taxes. Real time allows you to see the exact cost of your shipping as you shop. UPS GROUND - 5-7 Business Days
3 DAY SELECT - 3 Business Days
2ND DAY AIR - 2 Business Days
NEXT DAY AIR -We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. All orders placed after 12:00 noon(et) on Friday will be processed Monday.
In order for your package to be shipped on the same day, the order must be received by 10am EST. Expedited orders received after 10am will be shipped out the next business day.

-You will receive a shipping confirmation number as well as tracking information via the email address provided, once your package has shipped.

Communication with our customers is something we care deeply about. If for any reason, you have tried to contact us and have not received a response, we're sorry! REFUNDS/EXCHANGES/ETC.
We strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online order, please return items (via mail) within 10 days of receipt, or in-store within 7 days of receipt. Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. Refunds will be made to the orginal form of payment.
