Method of Payment accepted:

We process via Paypal Express Pay. You do not need a paypal account to order, paypal allows you to use your credit card at checkout.
Domestic Shipping and Handling
Orders will usually begin processing the same day that they are placed, excluding Sundays and holidays, and will typically ship within two business days pending availability. Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation. You can also log into your account and view status. If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately via email, as we will not be able to make changes to your order after your order has shipped. You will be contacted if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if additional information is required for credit verification. Orders submitted after 2:00pm CT will not be shipped until the following day.

Standard shipping (5-7 business days) = $6.95
Priority (3 business days) = $24.95
Standard overnight (1-2 business days) = $35.95
Standard Shipping to Alaska, Guam and Hawaii (7-10 Business Days) = $11.95
*Free standard shipping only applies to 48 contingent states, on net purchases over $100. Not valid on orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
*Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, PO Box, APO's, AFO's and the Virgin Islands cannot be expedited.
*PO Box and APO/AFO addresses can only be shipped via U.S. Postal Service.
International Shipping and Handling
Transit times are 7-24 business days for standard international shipping. For express order (3-5 business days), please contact glamourandglow@yahoo.com with your shipping details for a quote and availability of shipping service. We do not cover taxes or duty on international shipments which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country therefore we cannot predict what they will be. For specific information regarding custom policies and taxes, please contact your local customs office. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Glamour and Glow, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Glamour and Glow. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES/ETC.
We strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction but if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, returns are accepted for full refund (less shipping cost) within 14 days of original purchase date. Merchandise must be new and unworn with tags attached. Returns can be made at the store or through mail. Refund is in the form of the original payment. All sale items are final sale.
